Is the diagnostic genuinely free?
Yes. Xgrid is accepting three qualifying teams in the current cohort. If we find material repairs, we may offer to implement them separately—but the report is yours whether you use Xgrid, your internal team, or another partner.
What access do you need?
We agree the exact paths first and use the least-privilege access available for that scope. You do not need to clean the portal, create documentation, or prepare a deck.
Are you auditing our entire HubSpot portal?
No. The free diagnostic remains surgical: we select the highest-value live lead paths and follow their dependencies deeply enough to identify consequential failure modes.
Will you change anything during the review?
No. This is a diagnostic engagement. We investigate and document; your team retains control of the live system. Implementation can be scoped separately if you want Xgrid’s help.
What exactly do we receive?
A written Lead Flow Diagnostic covering the tested paths, affected records or campaigns where identifiable, root causes, dependencies, and a repair plan prioritized by pipeline risk—typically within five business days of access.
Can Xgrid implement the repairs?
Yes. If you want help after reviewing the findings, Xgrid can scope a separate paid implementation for the repairs you choose. You are equally free to use the report internally or with another partner.
What happens after I apply?
We confirm whether the diagnostic fits your environment within one business day. If selected, you choose a time for the 20-minute scoping call, agree the paths and access required, and the five-business-day review begins after access is available.
